Howdy all, it’s solo. You know, that guy with that thing from that place.

Solo Space is setup as spot for me to share my random thoughts on music, entertainment, technology &c. Tho it’s primarily filled with various thoughts on Japanese music. You should check out my post or podcast for a little bit of history on all of that.

This blog was started in January of 2009, moved from the blog on Windows Live Spaces that I had been using before deciding to move to WordPress. You can check out a list of my old posts in the “hidden archive“.

In addition to this blog, I have a personal blog, Solo San.

Currently I’m a student at local college here in Lexington, Kentucky, dual enrolled at the community college and the University of Kentucky; working towards a Bachelors of Arts in International Studies with a major in Foreign Language and International Economics. I work part time as a Web Software Developer / Consultant.

I listen to a wide variety of Japanese music, as well as occasionally watch a bit of anime, doramas and manga. Reading up on Japanese history, culture and entertainment is a big chunk of what I do in my free time.
